GiveCrypto.org - They will take Bitcoin and a few other coins and donate them to people in need. Currently, they focus on the people of Venezuela.
The Water Project - This organization helps communities get access to clean water by working with them locally. They are now accepting Bitcoin as donation.

Fidelity Charitable - You can set up an investment account to donate to charities of your choice. They accept Bitcoin donations.
UNICEF - They are an international organization that help and protect children across the globe. The USA, Australia, and New Zealand branch accept Bitcoin and a few other coins.
